SPRINTER ADVENTURE RALLIES - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
By joining Sprinter Adventure Rallies, you agree to participate in a structured, membership-based rally organization. Membership is annual and non-refundable except as required by law.

2. VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS
All participants must own or operate a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van or similar Class B RV. Vehicles must be in safe operating condition and properly insured.

3. PARTICIPATION RULES
- Rallies are self-guided with structured itineraries
- Participants must follow directional routing (no backtracking)
- GMRS radio communication is mandatory during rallies
- All participants must display official rally identification decal
- Membership decals must be visible on vehicle

4. SAFETY AND LIABILITY
- Participation in off-pavement activities is at your own risk
- Participants are responsible for their own vehicle recovery
- Sprinter Adventure Rallies is not liable for vehicle damage, injury, or loss
- Emergency contact information must be provided for all RSVPs

5. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Rally RSVPs may be cancelled up to 14 days before the event
- No refunds for membership fees
- Decal purchases are non-refundable

6. CODE OF CONDUCT
- Respect fellow participants and property
- Follow Leave No Trace principles
- Obey all local laws and regulations
- No disruptive behavior at campsites

7. COMMUNICATION
- Members agree to receive rally-related communications
- Private rally chats are for members only
- GMRS channels must be used responsibly

8. PRIVACY
Personal information is collected for safety and coordination purposes only. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
